KAMATA

From 2022, it will be held on the first and third Saturdays of every month for the convenience of the students.
The instructor has taught many famous entertainers to sharpen knives on Nippon Television "Hirunandesu" and NHK "Bakusho Mondai Exploration Bakumon".
Seiichi Kamata, the representative director of Japanese knife store Kamata Hakensha, will give you guidance.

Introductory Class

After learning the basic knowledge of whetstones and knives, you can revive the knives for teaching materials with your own hands.

*Please pay at the cash register on the 1st floor on the day.
Teaching materials All items will be provided within the classroom, so you do not need to bring anything.
You can take the whetstone, towel, and textbook home wih you.

Advanced Class

We will teach you individually in a small number of people, so please revive your own kitchen knife with your own hands.
